Student Information:
A. Enrollment

This information can be found in the “Students” screen of FACTS SIS. This data is directly correlated to the student list in FACTS SIS. It includes students with a status of enrolled or a status of withdrawn but an enroll date prior to the first day of school and a withdraw date after the first day of school.

• To edit this information, adjust student grade levels in the “Students” screen.

• You can also enter or withdraw students to make students displayed in the “enrolled” category of the “Students” screen equal the correct numbers on the opening report.
