This information can be found in the “Staff” screen of FACTS SIS on the righthand menu of the staff screen, click on “User Defined” and then select “NAD” from drop down menu within the User Defined area.

• This information is edited in the “User Defined” screen through the “Staff” screen. on the righthand menu of the staff screen, click on “User Defined” and then select “NAD” from drop down menu within the User Defined area.
• Enter “yes” or “no” to the “Staff is Adventist” question on the “NAD” User Defined list.

Color coded boxes should match in totaled amounts.
